Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in civil engineering / BSc. from any recognized institution or engineering university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have vast Knowledge in preparing BOQ, Rate analysis for residential & commercial buildings.
∎ Capability of full understanding of architectural, structural, plumbing, & Electrical drawings.only estimator will apply.
∎ Able to prepare work schedule, Action plan and progress report of project.
∎ Maintain quality control, cost control, safety and security procedures.
∎ Must have good knowledge in construction materials.
∎ Include value-engineering ideas on every proportion.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Must be self-motivated & punctual.
∎ Must know Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and MS Project, Auto CAD.
∎ Must be able to manage multiple tasks and have excellent follow up skills both internally and externally.
∎ Must be professional and polished in appearance and speech.
