∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer, along with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in project estimation.
∎ Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; candidates with working knowledge of MS Project will be given preference.
∎ Industry Background: Experience in the real estate sector is mandatory.
∎ Work Pressure: Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Analytical Ability: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Teamwork: Must be capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare details of the project budget, BoQ (Bill of quantities) & MoQ (Materials of quantities), including item descriptions, preamble, and price.
∎ Input BOQ and analysis in the ERP system for all projects.
∎ Project scheduling and budgeting using MS Project.
∎ Identifies and compiles from contract documents all quantities and specifications of materials required for the project.
∎ Rate analysis of various Metal, Thai-Aluminum, and Outside beautification (Perspective view) works.
∎ To estimate, budget & prepare details of work quantities as per different work order formats of new projects.
∎ Estimate and analysis of Civil, Sanitary, and Hardware Materials.
∎ Make variance analyses of project with respect to the initial estimates.
∎ Revise the estimates after modification works or change(s) made by the management/client requirement.
∎ Analyze rates of all Non-Scheduled items like Window Grill, Main Gate, Railing, etc., and issue work orders.
∎ Any other task assigned by higher management.
