Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Based on an understanding of construction equipment and work Motor Pool installation & Operation.
∎ Purchasing construction equipment and spare parts, Maintenance, securing and managing facilities, Asset management (registration/insurance/license/tax etc) Training center operation (operator / mechanic)
∎ Equipment Market Survey Investigation of market & Price of Manufacturer & Rental Company in Local and Overseas
∎ Equipment rental on our site, outside Cost Management (profit and Loss)
∎ To undertake any other duties/tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of latest technology, mixes, Quality standards.
∎ Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management
∎ Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Motor Pool installation & Operation
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
