Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage all safety and protection facilities at site
∎ Organize fire drills, induction training, tool box training
∎ Conduct daily site walks to identify hazards and instruct remediation measures
∎ Issue Non-Conformances and ensure compliance
∎ Manage site security including site access, material movement, theft
∎ Manage site housekeeping
∎ Hygiene management
∎ Maintain all HSE documentation at site
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Passionate and go getter attitude
∎ Very good knowledge of local health & safety standards
∎ Ability to prepare minutes of meeting
∎ Proficient in MS Office
∎ Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written & spoken)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 80000 - 90000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
