Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Documentation Control- drawings, tenders, reports & documents & distribution.
∎ Maintaining proper filing system for soft as well as hard copies.
∎ Word processing, editing, and copying of all project related documents.
∎ Handle administration work at site.
∎ Managing petty cash & keeping record of all the expenses.
∎ Support HR in new joining, induction, and employee engagement.
∎ Manage day to day office correspondence.
∎ Maintenance of employee records like leaves, night shift, allowance, expenses, claims etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive, Passionate and go getter attitude
∎ Proficient with MS Word and Excel & other software related to drawings & documents.
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good organization and co-ordination skills.
∎ Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written & spoken)
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 50000 - 60000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per company policy.
