Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Environmental Engineering
∎ Must be able to use MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point.
∎ Must be able to converse and correspond in English and Bengali.
∎ Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Good Command Over English, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Word, Must be able to use MS Excel, SAP

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To perform Environmental Audits to ensure all plants are operating within the legal limits set by Government and Group Standards.
∎ To make recommendations for further improvements based on measured data, RCFA, site visits and discussion with the operation team.
∎ Prepare Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) for all environmental incidents.
∎ Prepare regular reports for the group and related Government agencies.
∎ Will attend and liase with relevant Government Agencies on Environmental Issues keeping relevant company/group departments informed.
∎ Will be team leader to spearhead new environmental initiatives and will prepare regular updates on the progress.
∎ Must be comfortable working outdoors and be willing to regularly perform field visits to all the different plants and site locations and be willing to travel and stay in different parts of Bangladesh as required.
∎ Must be a team player and understand that success is a group effort.
∎ Improving environmental conservation management, including recycling, public health, water and air pollution.
∎ Identifying critical research areas such as renewable energy, climate change, food and water security.
∎ Open and transparent Communication is a must.

∎ Conversant with Engineering & OSHAS related international standards & capability to work with those standard.
∎ Knowledge on SAP & AutoCAD will be preferred.
∎ Good communication skills in verbal and written English.
∎ Positive attitude, behavior & thinking.
∎ Proactive , self-starter & creative.
∎ Work under pressure & beyond the regular duty.
∎ Willing to stay company provided accommodation in around plant.
