Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identification of potential opportunities
∎ Maintaining present opportunities.
∎ Identify decision maker and customer mapping.
∎ Understanding of the business, identification of present and future requirements.
∎ Mapping of requirements and in house solutions.
∎ Solution Proposal writeup.
∎ Solution presentation to customers.
∎ Preparation of customer feedback report.
∎ Coordination with the client and in house technical resources.
∎ Manage successful bid preparation, tender submission.
∎ Ensure successful closure of business
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Experience in Enterprise software sales in Govt. and Non Govt. Sector.
∎ Minimum 7 years of work experience.
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail, excellent communication and multitasking skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English.
∎ Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Business background from reputed public/private/international institution.
∎ Master's in Business Administration/MIS/IT Systems will be preferable.
∎ Exceptional academic background candidates will get advantage.
∎ Multiple client handling capability.
∎ Exposure in the business process of Govt. workflow/Banking /Insurance.
∎ Minimum sales record of 5 enterprise software in last 3 years in government/financials/multinational/large corporates
∎ Work experience as business analyst/System designer role in 5 projects in the last 10 years.
∎ Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience.
∎ Exposure in the field of (Finance/ CRM/SCM/Maintenance Management/Budgeting/Asset Management.
