∎ Minimum 2-4 years of teaching experience in junior and/or senior sections (O & A Level).
∎ Experience in both literature and language instruction preferred.
∎ Strong communication and classroom management skills.
∎ Ability to create a respectful and encouraging learning atmosphere.
∎ Flexibility and adaptability to work with different age groups.
∎ Passion for teaching and student development.

∎ Provide individual support and address diverse student needs.
∎ Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
∎ Collaborate with other teachers and school leadership to promote student success.
