Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Master of Arts (MA), PhD

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare lesson plans and implement effective strategies to develop independent learners and help to progressively challenge learners.
∎ Prepare questions and assessments to appropriately evaluate and promote continuous intellectual development of students.
∎ Mentor, guide and help students and act as a mediator and communicator with parents.
∎ Prepare report cards, conduct parent meetings and have the student's best interests in concern.Monitor the performance and contribution of each Teacher of his/her class in daily work such as discipline during class hours, communication in English, absence, monthly work such as Syllabus completion, Lesson plan preparation, Class Tests, etc.
∎ Active participation in School all events, organize different Annual Program (English Fair, Cultural Program, Debates etc.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years

Salary: Tk. 30000 - 60000 (Monthly)
