∎ Previous experience in an International Call Center Environment, preferably in healthcare.

∎ SHOULD BE READY TO WORK NIGHT SHIFTS.
∎ Should be familiar with the MS Office Suite and have basic computer skills.

∎ Identify patients’ needs, clarify information as needed, and offer appropriate solutions to meet their concerns.
∎ Actively engage with patients on each call, aiming to effectively resolve their issues and provide a positive experience.
∎ Maintain accurate and timely records of patient interactions in our system.
