Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing Curriculum: Designing and developing O-Level curriculum plans, lesson materials, and resources that align with educational standards and the needs of students.
∎ Lesson Planning: Creating engaging and effective O-level lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
∎ Adaptation: Modifying O-level curriculum and instructional strategies as needed to meet the specific needs of students, including those with varying skill levels or learning challenges.
∎ Assessment: Designing O-level assessments to measure student progress, and using the data to adjust the curriculum for improved learning outcomes.
∎ Incorporating Technology: Integrating technology and digital resources to enhance the teaching and learning process.
∎ Staying Current: Keeping up-to-date with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and advancements in English language instruction.
∎ Classroom Management: Deliver engaging and effective English language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Teaching certification and accreditation. CIE trained teachers will have extra preferences.
∎ Proven 5-6 Years' experience in teaching English at the O level or equivalent, with in-depth knowledge of the O Level English curriculum and assessments.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
