Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors, Masters
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
∎ Teaching certification (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is preferred for ESL/EFL roles.
∎ Minimum IELTS band score of 6.0 or above (or equivalent English proficiency certification).

∎ Proven experience in teaching English at secondary, tertiary, or language institute level.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan, prepare, and deliver English lessons aligned with curriculum standards and student learning needs
∎ Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, writing techniques, and reading comprehension.
∎ Encourage student participation and engagement through interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
∎ Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, exams, and class activities.
∎ Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve language proficiency.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievements.
∎ Adapt teaching materials and strategies for students with different learning levels and backgrounds.
∎ Participate in faculty meetings, curriculum development, and professional development activities.
∎ Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
