Educational Requirements:
∎ At least a B. A degree in English from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand and evaluate English communication skills level of team members
∎ Follow Up daily team communication (Written/Verbal) in various communication channels (e.g. Slack, Skype, Zoom, Teams, Meet etc.)
∎ Identify individual member weaknesses and guide them.
∎ Design separate improvement and training plans for each team member.
∎ Come up with solid and measurable guidelines for improving English skills.
∎ Liaise with management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
∎ Must use Brain-Based Learning techniques - Willing to teach, must be willing to learn
∎ Conduct training sessions with team/individual.
∎ Provide feedback to enhance written and verbal communications.
∎ Provide training on Grammar, Soft Skills & Empathy
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for smart people to learn and work in an international environment.
∎ IELTS Band Score: 7.5 minimum
∎ Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
∎ Experience in English communication with foreign clients.
∎ Working experience in the IT Industry would be a plus point.
∎ The candidate should be working as a good team member.
