Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering
∎ or Masters Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure engineering store activities supervision.
∎ Materials requisition raise to engineering in-charge and forward to commercial department regularly.
∎ Maintain regularly materials issue to all department (such as Mosquito Coil, Granular, Liquid, Powder, Aerosol, Vanish, QC, Warehouse and Administration) from the engineering store.
∎ Bill Forwarded to Factory Accounts department within 5 working days after receiving bills.
∎ Bill, Purchase Order and Stock Register maintain regularly.
∎ Maintain Gate Pass raise and Returnable item update in register regularly and status report submit to Engineering in-charge of each month.
∎ Receiving materials prepare GRN and forwarded to Commercial and Finance department and status report submit to Engineering in-charge of each month.
∎ Monthly store consumption report submit by 3rd working days of each month.
∎ Taking signature regularly on Materials issue Slip from concerned department.
∎ Cash purchase bill register maintain regularly.
∎ Contact with Commercial department about the materials regularly.
∎ Ensure availability of stock of maintenance materials.
∎ Ensure Minimum Stock Level
∎ Regularly receiving & issue data entry of Spare Parts Software.
∎ To check costly and foreign items 100% in every month and all items in every quarter and report submit to dept. head.
∎ Check Issuing material with the machine maintenance history khata of each month.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Practical Working Experience in handling engineering store independently using software.
∎ Capable to raise requisition, process bill, maintain inventory etc.
∎ Capability to face internal and external audit.
∎ Ability to motivate.
