Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed university with Engineering background/candidates with Master degree having 15+ years of relevant work experience in similar industry.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The scope of work of Engineering Coordinator will be as described below but not limited to:
∎ Coordinate with project coordination team members, vendors and sub-contractors with regards to workability and constructability of design.
∎ Coordinate with document controller on design deliverables transaction to ensure smooth flow of documents.
∎ Assist QA, QC and Site Construction Team to address technical issues.
∎ Coordinate with other departments counterparts and ensure their satisfaction on quality and progress and create healthy inter-department relationships.
∎ Coordinate technical site meetings with the EPC contractor as necessary in order to discuss and resolve problems.
∎ Follow up, monitor and expedite the progress of the construction works by the EPC contractor and regularly report to the Construction Manager and Deputy Construction Manager.
∎ Confirm the construction milestone progress to settle the invoices of the EPC milestone payments.
∎ Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance Plan by the EPC Contractor and witness site inspections as required
∎ Follow up with EPC contractor in order to keep the project timeline within schedule.
∎ Cross discipline coordination and support.
∎ Provide support to the Construction Manager in dealing with the EPC contractor, sub-contractors and locals.
∎ Prepare reports for reporting to management, lenders, Lenders' Advisors and other agencies as may be required.
∎ Coordination with Government Authorities as needed.
∎ Ensure compliance to local regulations, codes and standards.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the line manager / Management.
