Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in civil engineering from reputed public universities/IUT/MIST/AUST/NSU/AIUB
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have experience of minimum 5-7 Multi Storied Building Construction under direct supervision,should have experience of road construction , making of water reservoir & underground pump house, building fire safety and earth quake prevention work.
∎ Candidate should be to do and work on civil design, Auto CAD 2D,3D,BNBC Code,DEA & MEP,can prepare of BOQ,make soil test report from BUET/MIST, need to prepare cost estimation.
∎ Manage & ensure safety of renovation work,repairing work(oll sorts of), maintain carpentry workshop, sanitary work, plumbing work, utility work & water management system as per the company requirements.
∎ Ability to prepare factory plan layout, Floor plan layout & factory load plan, ensure quality construction, Must have experience seeking approval of civil design,drawing,doc and other issue from ( BEPZA, Accord, RAJUK, LGD Titas, DOE, BGMEA)
∎ Develop work plan and follow up its execution and take necessary steps for corrective action plan. Any other task assigned by management as per requirement.Ability to work under [ressure,hardworking and self-motivated.
