∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Strong technical skill and trouble shooting expertise required Should have computer literacy Ability to solve problems and present solutions. Ability to prioritize for deadlines. Self-driven to work under pressure (pro-active attitude). Good communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills. Positive work ethics and result oriented mindset for assigned responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Daily Utility Machineries like as Generator/Boiler/Air compressor/chiller/cooling tower & hot water machine check and monitor with Preventive maintenance perform as per schedule.
∎ Daily utility data track with reporting.
∎ Regular follow-up of Sub station with kept all utility machinery neat and clean.
∎ Timely PR arise for schedule maintenance of Utility machinery.
∎ Hourly utility data track with analysis of Gas, Electricity, Steam and air.
∎ Solved the technical fault of boiler, gen, chiller rapidly.
∎ Weekly make the duty schedule of Gen, Boiler & Chiller operator.
∎ Daily check the air drier and record the tem data.
