∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Structural Engineering
∎ If the Degree is taken from outside of the country (USA) then it would be preferred.
∎ Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Blueprints and Design,Software Engineering,Build Materials

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Developer Firm, Real Estate project Development, Real state Developer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare reports, designs, and drawings.
∎ Make calculations about pressures, loads, and stresses.
∎ Consider the strength of construction materials and select appropriately.
∎ Provide technical advice on safe designs and construction.
∎ Obtain planning and/or building regulations approval.
∎ Analyze configurations of the basic components of a structure.
∎ Liaise with professional staff such as architects and engineers.
∎ Monitor and inspect all work undertaken by contractors to ensure structural soundness.
∎ Administer contracts and manage projects.
∎ Inspect properties to evaluate the conditions and foundations.
∎ Use computer-aided design technology for simulation purposes.
∎ Monitor on-site construction process and supervise construction workers
∎ Prepare and allocate budgets
∎ Track and report project progress
∎ Collaborate with contractors and project managers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional work experience in developing blueprints and designs for proposed structures
∎ Extensive knowledge and experience working with various operating systems
∎ Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project plan
∎ Experience with software engineering, customer experience and design architecture
∎ Advanced understanding of build materials, techniques and processes
∎ Up to date understanding of best practices regarding building safety measures
∎ Degree in civil or structural engineering (essential).
∎ Professionally registered with the Institute of structural engineers.
∎ Expert experience in project management.
∎ Advanced knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
∎ Sound understanding of physics and mathematics.
∎ Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines.
∎ Three-dimensional conceptual skills.
∎ Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Excellent communication and IT skills.
∎ Project development and leadership skills are essential.
