Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from any reputed University.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Regular follow-up marketing and sales team and find our required modification on SW.
∎ Contact Supplier and arrange updated software.
∎ Regular follow-up SW QC team and verify new SW.
∎ Project handover documentation and distribution with concern department / section.
∎ Preparing reports on product development issue.
∎ Investigate customer complaints regarding advance level technical issues both HW and SW.
∎ Analyzing CSI reports based on the HW and SW issues captured in CSI reports.
∎ Market Visit: Service Points and Channel Partners to identify product issues and reporting.
∎ Analyzing Product fault / material fault issues and reporting based on findings from different reports along with CSI Reports and Market Visit Reports.
∎ Assisting incharge on HW issues and reporting.
∎ Assisting team members for preparing different service reports on weekly / fortnightly / monthly / quarterly basis.
∎ Perform adhoc reporting responsibilities assigned by HOD and In-charge as and when required basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication
∎ Hardworking and able to work under stress
∎ Team work mindset
