Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or a related field preferably from top public universities.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the day-to-day operations of the GSE department, including maintenance, repair, and replacement of ground support equipment.
∎ Conduct regular equipment inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
∎ Develop and implement maintenance and repair procedures for GSE equipment.
∎ Oversee the training and development of GSE technicians and mechanics.
∎ Ensure that all equipment maintenance and repair activities are performed within budget constraints.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as Engineering and Safety, and Out Station Airports to ensure that. GSE equipment meets safety needs and the department’s operations run smoothly.
∎ Monitor and evaluate the performance of the GSE department, and implement improvements as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Three to five years of relevant work experience in automobile maintenance and repair.
∎ Strong knowledge of automotive systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
∎ Possesses strong commitment to safety protocols to guarantee safe operations close to aircraft at the airport ramp area.
