Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from any Public University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and execution of all electrical related works in gas based Power plant.
∎ Plan, Prioritize, Assign, Supervise and Review the work of staff involved in a variety of engineering tasks related to the operations and maintenance of generation equipment.
∎ Assist. installation, maintenance and commissioning of all types of LT panel, HT panel and related works.
∎ Must be fully conversant with the single line diagram of the plants power generation & evacuation system.
∎ Take readings of all the gauges and parameters at a prescribed intervals and records in the respective log books.
∎ Should have knowledge about PLC/HMI/SCADA system, Parameter settings in Relay panel/Protection panel/Grid synchronized Relay/Parallel operation and all types of Sensor for Engine and Auxiliary system.
∎ Review operating, startup and shutdown procedures data and identify areas in need of modification or improvement.
∎ Should have knowledge about operation and maintenance experience on Rolls-Royce Engine.
∎ Should have to knowledge about spare management for running maintenance and schedule maintenance during engine overhauling.
∎ Keep informing the control room Engineer for any abnormality & corrective measures taken by yourself or whether to be done by the shift Engineers presence is required to attend the problem.
∎ Ensure proper handling/taking over the duties among the seniors of the relieving & the next shift.
∎ Prepare Yearly/Monthly/Daily generation report.
∎ Coordination between substation and Power plant
∎ Take necessary action to keep the engines running while providing required auxiliary equipment leading to smooth running of the plant.
∎ To keep sharp watch on the level of all the parameters of Engine.
∎ To write all the relevant events of the shift in the shift log book, including any pending actions to be taken in the next shift.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge about operation and maintenance experience in Gas based power plant (Rolls-Royce engine).
∎ To be able to lead the team & handle all types of emergency situation when arise during the shift.
∎ Familiar with working principle of auxiliary equipment’s like feed water pump, Radiator, Heat Exchanger and other involved.
∎ Must have good working knowledge about all the operation & control system of the running machinery (Main & Auxiliary).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Able to work in a team.
