∎ Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Engineering, Quality control, Quality Control Engineer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare, monitor and analyze all QA/QC-related reports
∎ Perform needed tests on site and in the laboratory to ensure conformity of material and works according to the specifications.
∎ Supervise & monitor all quality related activities on the project including quantity measurement, quality and variation.
∎ Ensure that contractors comply with works’ specifications.
∎ Establish and maintain procedures to develop standard documentation for construction works and quality control and assurance for the projects.
∎ Review the existing standard documentation for the Operations Centre and propose any improvements deemed necessary.
∎ Develop standard quality control procedures to be performed by the contractors;
∎ Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
∎ Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by management.

∎ Candidate must have the mindset to serve as contractual employee.
∎ Basic computer skills is a must.
∎ Self-motivated, highly committed, independent, and result-oriented team player.
∎ Strong analytical, leadership and team management skills.
