∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg), Diploma in Engineering
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ • Minimum 5 Years of experience in a quality role, advanced product quality planning (APQP) & production part approval process (PPAP).
∎ • Experience in 2-wheeler manufacturing; good working knowledge of ISO:9001 & strong system auditing experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • Initial Analysis Report (IAR) to be raised in CRM portal for major issues in the concerned department and follow the PO team for part issue.
∎ • Monitoring proper ICA for the smooth flow of the assembly line.
∎ • To maintain DPU and to restrict the slip- through within the target.
∎ • Experience in Frame and swing arm fabrication, manufacturing quality
∎ • Knowledge PPAP
∎ • Knowledge about Product drawing understanding
∎ • Record maintenance
∎ • Knowledge in basic welding validation (Macro and dimension validation)
∎ • Responsible for the customer issues and to campaign the vehicles for the field issues.
∎ • Defect analysis and implementation of action upon the root cause analysis.
∎ • Maintain daily, weekly and monthly reports and feedback to the respective departments
∎ for action plans and countermeasures.
∎ • Manpower control & team management.
∎ • Be involved in continuous improvement activities that support the development of well-designed products produced using a robust manufacturing process at the correct quality level
∎ • Problem solving through scientific approach using 7QC tools
∎ • Vehicle PDI activities
