Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the Tiles' quality as per the set standard.
∎ Monitoring visual defect analysis check sheet & tracking of the defects to avoid reoccurrence.
∎ Decision making/judgment on the final product and conveying the result to all functions.
∎ Ensuring the daily quality parameters as per the approved standard.
∎ Planning according to the demand of the Marketing Team and Management.
∎ Plan proper workforce before starting up the shift production for better quality.
∎ Daily, weekly, and Monthly quality report generation.
∎ Identify and investigate the root cause of the defect & take countermeasures for effectiveness confirmation.
∎ Continuous training & development for line inspectors to enhance their skills.
∎ Ensure safety in all aspects.
