∎ Age at least 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform regular maintenance, calibrate and repair all stitching related equipment, can figure out the circuit problems.(Direct-Drive Lockstitch Sewing machine/Computerized Sewing Machine/Double Needle Machine/High Chariot Sewing Machine/Column Stitching Machine/Arm Stitching Machine)
∎ Can operate Carving Machine, and and design the Carving Machine mould.
∎ Can make independently the mould of sewing machines and can calibrate and install these mould.
∎ Train or instruct operators on proper use and operation of machines.
∎ Develop troubleshooting procedures for difficult technical problems and guide the user in solving those problems.
∎ Responsible for equipment management, supervision of equipment maintenance and labeling implementation and records.
∎ Responsible for formulating and implementing maintenance plans for production equipment.
∎ Responsible for the procurement of equipment wear parts and production molds.
∎ Guide the production department to set and debug the parameters of the special machine.
