Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance works on machinery, Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, Lubrication system & Utilities such as pumps, compressors, EOT cranes etc.
∎ On line checking, monitoring and write down necessary parameters to run the mill smoothly.
∎ Analyzing the record data for preventive & corrective maintenance.
∎ Maintain all kind of check list, preventive & corrective maintenance schedule
∎ Implementing the preventive & corrective maintenance schedule as per planning
∎ Attend different types of development or modification jobs
∎ Identifying ways and means to reduce breakdown and ensuring smooth machine operation
∎ Identify spare parts name
∎ Updating all kind of spare parts & maintains minimum level of stock for smooth operation.
∎ Coordinate with workshop, store and other departments whenever requires.
∎ Ensure proper housekeeping.
∎ Proper use of Personal protective equipment (PPE) & other safety equipment during work time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in CCM Mechanical Maintenance in heavy industries will be preferred.
∎ Sincere, Energetic & ability to do work under pressure.
∎ Ability to do work unusual hours.
∎ Steel rolling mill (Hot/Cold-Mechanical Maintenance) experience should be preferable.
∎ Good command in Computer knowledge.
∎ Must be adjustable with factory environment.
