Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily operation of all Mechanical and HVAC works of NinaKabbo, Corporate Office of Epyllion Group.
∎ Ensure execution, monitoring and controlling of all mechanical works of NinaKabbo, KJR, Uttara Apartment, Director’s house, Nobigonj village house, etc. meeting triple constraints (time, cost, and quality).
∎ Co-ordinate with electrical and civil team with all related works of projects and maintenance related activities at NinaKabbo, KJR, Uttara Apartment, Director’s house, Nobigonj village house, etc.
∎ Responsible for effective planning and implementation of preventive and periodic maintenance schedule for all machinery.
∎ Ensure smooth coordination among all stakeholders to execute maintenance work plan.
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating all mechanical spare parts list with close coordination with MCD section.
∎ Assist in planning, design, and execution of Air-Conditioning system’s work for new Sailor outlet projects.
∎ Support sailor outlets with operation and maintenance of mechanical services (FPS, AC, lift etc.).
∎ Ensure and manage compliance and safety standards, while executing works at sites and reduce safety issues or incidents to zero.
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
