Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have Graduation (B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering) with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of Sterilizers, Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, Crate wash machines, Heat Exchangers, Cooling towers etc as per schedule
∎ Response quickly in the case of any breakdown of machines
∎ Perform preventive maintenance of boilers
∎ Ensure descaling and hydraulic test as per schedule
∎ Execute preventive maintenance of air compressor as per schedule
∎ Maintain all records related to the job ( Preventive Maintenance Schedule, Machine checklist, Machine history book, Spare parts consumption etc )
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the supervisor/ Head of the Department
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Additional Requirements:
∎ Candidates having working experience in Dairy, Pharma or Food industry will be given preference
∎ Must have knowledge on material estimation, manpower planning, AutoCAD, troubleshooting
∎ Must have strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Must be solution driven, smart and approachable
∎ Possess ability to work with people from different backgrounds
