∎ Bachelor in Engineering in Electrical or Mechanical
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Computer skill, Person from Automotive industry or packaging industry will be prefer
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Industrial Machineries (Generator, Diesel Engine etc.), Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring, supervision all electrical & mechanical maintenance work for auto/semi Auto/manual printing & packaging related machine.
∎ Maintenance and servicing all kinds of printing & packaging machine related mechanical & electrical components and equipment for smooth operation.
∎ Sound knowledge in substation, generator, electrical distribution system, PLC machine, AC-DC motors, induction motor etc.
∎ Experience in Repair and Maintenance of Electrical & mechanical component of Printing & packaging Machinery like: Corrugation Machine, Die Cutting Machine, Stitching Machine, and Printing related other Machine.
∎ Major Knowledge about in PLC, Inverter and understand the circuit diagram of any PCB.
∎ Diagnosing faults & repairing equipment.
∎ Should have idea of Dies, Press M/c and their Maintenance.
∎ Should be able to handle new machine installation plan and execution of same
∎ Can handle trouble shooting in electrical panels.
∎ Assembly machines or equivalent experience in automation.
∎ Good knowledge of the PLC/HMI program, for PLC brands like Allen Bradly, Mitsubishi, Omron, Delta.
∎ Knowledge of Pneumatic systems and also Good knowledge of handshaking of PLC with other software for data collection.
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults
∎ Fit new parts and make sure equipment is working correctly
∎ Carry out quality inspections on jobs
∎ Ensure there is continuous cover of the machinery and equipment in case of breakdowns.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
