∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Candidate should have an experiences in pathology equipment such as CBC/Hematology/Bio-Chemistry/ESR machine.
∎ The Candidate should have an ability to setup and maintains Auto/Semi Auto Analyzer.
∎ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to laboratory equipment, diagnostic instruments, or software.
∎ Provide technical support for laboratory users and healthcare professionals.
∎ Oversee preventive maintenance programs for diagnostic equipment to ensure operational efficiency and minimise downtime.
∎ Design and develop diagnostic equipment or reagents for pathology or laboratory use, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, regulatory, clinical, and manufacturing) to develop products that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.
∎ Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new devices or reagents.
∎ Analyze test results, diagnostics, and performance data to ensure that products are functioning properly.
∎ Develop technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders or regulatory bodies.
∎ Ensure the integrity of the data generated by diagnostic equipment through calibration and maintenance.
∎ Ensure that all products and processes comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., FDA, CE Mark, ISO 13485).
∎ Prepare and submit documentation for product approvals and certifications.
∎ Monitor and ensure product quality through testing, inspections, and audits.
∎ Develop and implement validation and verification procedures for diagnostic equipment, reagents, or systems.
∎ Train laboratory staff, healthcare professionals, or clients on the proper use of diagnostic equipment or reagents.
∎ Provide ongoing support and technical assistance to customers, resolving any issues related to the use of the products.
∎ Work closely with R&D teams to ensure that diagnostic products are scientifically sound and meet user needs.
∎ Contribute to the development of new diagnostic assays or technologies for pathology or laboratory settings.
∎ Manage the lifecycle of diagnostic products from development through commercialization.
∎ Track project timelines, resources, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ Coordinate activities across multiple teams to meet project goals.
∎ Ensure that laboratory operations adhere to safety standards and regulatory guidelines.
∎ Risk assessment and management to ensure the safety of diagnostic products and processes.
∎ Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and scientific advancements in the field of IVD and pathology.
∎ Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to address unmet needs in diagnostics and laboratory processes.
