∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE
∎ Skills Required: TQM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ High cost -Low cost rejection with life time.
∎ Liaison with all certification body.
∎ Keep record of all departmental control forms
∎ Note Change of internal departmental works & maintain change control records
∎ Keep all the regulations standard and monitor for certificate updates
∎ Keep records of QMS Planning (Audit, Review meeting, Meeting findings & Solution)
∎ Record & help to solve NC
∎ Keep record for Company Non-Conforming Works
∎ Keep Company Rejection items
∎ Keep Operation control limit for critical point (trip/shut down/fail)
∎ Maintain report for plant control as per critical operation control data.
∎ Daily emergency support to be noted for further works.
∎ Stock Evaluation
∎ Waste reduction technique (Lean manufacturing)
∎ Make report of High-cost rejection & Low- cost rejection with life times
∎ Keep Operation control limit for critical point (trip/shut down/fail)
∎ Reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
