∎ B.Sc in Mechatronics/ ME/ EEE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Basic Electronics, Electronics item research and development, Embedded System
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare draft for job circular as per requirement and post in various sources.
∎ To source and attract candidates by using CV bank, social media, newspaper advertisement and visiting educational institutions etc.
∎ Job application/Resume/CV screening, shortlisting and communicating to potential candidates.
∎ To arrange written test, ability test, interview, negotiation and finalizing offer.
∎ To conduct reference/ background check.
∎ To update recruitment related database and reporting to HOD.
∎ To perform any other tasks assigned by HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Must have good interviewing and presentation skills.
∎ Must have good Technical and Engineering knowledge.
∎ Good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.).
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English.
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
