Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on installation of Lift, Generator, Substation and Solar Panel, Water Treatment Plant,Ageback, Central Air Conditioning in high-rise building.
∎ Supervise and monitor all electrical equipment’s works as per drawing and other relevant documents.
∎ Monitor and maintain the quality of electrical work as per design specification.
∎ Preparing estimates, checking requisition list, ensure quantity & quality and stock-control.
∎ Ability to effectively inspect and review electromechanical equipment’s to monitor compliance with building codes, safety codes and other regulations.
∎ Ability to effectively read and understand construction drawings related to electric plan.
∎ Should have excellent communication skills and must be a strong team player.
∎ Ensuring proper utilizations of capital goods, machinery etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer Literacy: MS Office (Excel/Word/Power Point), Auto CAD.
