Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Electrical Electronic Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Project Management, Site Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plant preventive maintenance of all electrical equipment and machinery. Prepare a diagnostic report for project update, breakdown maintenance, monitor and coordinate electrical maintenance/project activity.
∎ Hand on troubleshooting knowledge on PLC & Calibration Instrument. Flow meter, Level Transmitter, Pressure transmitter, Ultrasonic sensor, etc.
∎ Should have thought knowledge about all the operating and control electrical, Automation, Electro-Mechanical related machinery. Supervision of all the project & running machinery.
∎ Should be capable of consulting operation and maintenance for safe operation and troubleshooting.
∎ Sound knowledge on electrical wiring diagram, schematic diagram, PID diagram to enhance the project status.
∎ Making effective report (daily/weekly/monthly) & keep update the management of any type of electrical issues.
∎ Preparing planned Vs achieve schedule and requirement.
∎ Verifying Electrical drawings, layouts for the project as per the process and material flow needs.
∎ Installation, erection and testing & commissioning of Electrical equipment.
∎ Foreseeing performance bottlenecks and initiating corrective measures to avoid re-occurrence.
∎ Base line schedule preparation for all stages of project namely, Appraise, select, Define & execute.
∎ Schedule monitoring.
∎ Daily and weekly progress review meeting and MIS to senior management. Preparation of check lists for pre-commissioning and commissioning of facilities & utility systems.
∎ Conducting audit to oversee the design compliance in project execution.
∎ Knowledge of Installation of all facility and utilities e.g PV Modules, Solar Inverters, EHV switchyard, HT & LT switchgears, Transformers, UPS and battery banks, Fire protection & detection systems.
∎ Civil work & Structural supports etc.
∎ Knowledge of Relays & Protection system.
∎ Knowledge of testing procedures of Electrical Equipment at site.
∎ Preparation of Installation Checklist as per the requirement of standards and good engineering practices.
∎ Progress monitoring.
∎ Preparation of checklist for commissioning and sequencing of activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Renewable Energy., Solar Power Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power
∎ Should be graduated from recognized and reputed institution.
∎ Should have Project execution experience in Utility Scale Solar Plant having 33/66/132KV switch yard.
∎ Must have worked and completed 20 MW ground mount Solar Power Plant - in Bangladesh or internationally.
∎ Sound background in Project Management electrical projects in EPC Company.
∎ Sound knowledge of Solar Inverter Operation & Trouble shooting.
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Good command over English (oral & written).
∎ Knowledge of Numerical Relay shall have added advantage.
