∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design Steel structure for new construction, commercial and Industrial buildings.
∎ Measure and quantify all cost components of Real Estate / Construction Project and present multiple cost structures.
∎ Prepare draft budget and fund requirement forecast.
∎ Prepare material requirement schedule according to the project schedule.
∎ To analyze Design, BOQ, site & client Requirement and Prepare steel structure Financial offer.
∎ Prepare design and estimation for presentation.
∎ To develop cost estimation by Latest market price by weekly or monthly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Strong communication skill with design and estimation on steel related work
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to undertake site visit as and when required.

Salary: Negotiable
