∎ B.Sc./ Diploma from Civil Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for guiding site staff and ensuring smooth functioning of day to day activities for all on-going projects related jobs.
∎ To visit regularly to site and check work progress as per work programme.
∎ Estimate of different segment of work with costing & rate analysis of different works. Check and verify contractor's bill.
∎ Provide cost estimate for materials, equipment or labor to determine projects economics feasibility.
∎ Preparing daily work plan & methodology obtaining advance work performance.
∎ Supervise and monitor structural, masonry and finishing work to ensure quality of construction.
∎ To coordinate with different department to provide necessary decision to projects.
∎ To ensure all items are repaired properly handed over back to Housekeeping and coordinated.
∎

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Experience in healthcare sector will get preference
∎ The applicants should have experience in MS Office including Auto Cad
