∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Candidate should have good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and RSC audit experience will give preference.
∎ Capable of handling big industrial construction projects.
∎ Capable of collecting, compiling & commensuration mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other utility plans with structural design/ plan.
∎ Having workable knowledge on structural and fire & safety requirements; especially on the requirements from ACCORD & ALLIANCE.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide technical advice regarding design, construction or program modifications and structural repairs to industrial managerial personnel.
∎ Resolve design and development problems.
∎ Maintain RSC audit and work along with ACCORD.
∎ Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
∎ Make sure the project complies legal requirements.
∎ Ensure the day-to-day construction operations are done safely, timely and highest quality standards.
∎ Maintain Civil works as per factory requirements.
∎ Design & planning for water line maintenance.
∎ Guide construction people like interior technician, sanitary technician, plumber, meson etc.
∎ Estimation, Costing & time scheduling making for big construction work.
∎ Structural design making with auto CAD/ Revit Architect software.
∎ Candidate should have good Knowledge about ACCORD/Alliance and BV experience will give preferable.
∎ Prepares feasibility study by analyzing engineering design; conducting environmental impact studies assembling data.
∎ Good Knowledge about BNBC 2006.
