Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Address complaints from end users promptly and professionally.
∎ Provide proper suggestions and technical guidance to resolve complaints effectively.
∎ Demonstrate product features, technical specifications, and benefits to clients.
∎ Educate clients on technical aspects of the production process to build confidence in the product.
∎ Maintain strong relationships with key reference groups, including engineers, consultants, and contractors
∎ .Conduct regular physical and verbal communication with reference groups to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
∎ Provide detailed explanations of technical issues related to the product and production process to reference groups.
∎ Collect ongoing project information from reference groups such as engineers, consultants, and contractors to identify business opportunities.
∎ Plan, organize, and conduct promotional programs and technical seminars to showcase the product's capabilities and advantages.
∎ Provide building designs to end users if required, ensuring compliance with structural standards.
∎ Supervise construction sites as necessary to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
