Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze and implement architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical plans on-site.
∎ Guide subcontractors with daily work programs and oversee task completion per quality standards.
∎ Coordinate with the line manager to resolve site issues efficiently.
∎ Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to construction specifications and safety standards.
∎ Conduct site inspections to verify collocations and placement.
∎ Supervise erection/construction work, ensuring quality and compliance.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth project implementation.
∎ Prepare estimates, BOQs, requisitions, and manage stock control.
∎ Check received materials and maintain project documentation.
∎ Prepare and follow up on construction plans, ensuring timely reporting to the line manager.
