∎ Diploma in Civil
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Having experience in construction of Steel Structural buildings estimation.
∎ Bill checking and estimation, reconciliation bill & BOQ Prepare. Prepared early budget estimation etc. Regarding Companies rule & Regulation sanction one line process & also experience construction project & also knowledge of shuttering.
∎ Billing Procedures From Client & Contractor Side
∎ Billing for extra-items/Non-BOQ items
∎ Rates Analysis on DSR Abstract Invoice reconciliation of material bill required technique in.
∎ Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings
∎ Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) & bills with item rates from tender
∎ Prepare & process subcontractor bills
∎ To take the measurement from the site engineer
∎ Review the quantities item listed
∎ Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to use self-initiative.
∎ Have excellent attention to detail.
∎ Ability to organize, plan, and strategies.
∎ Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
∎ Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
∎ Construction estimating or finance experienced is added advantage.
∎ Should have experience in QS Engineer at mega construction projects.
