Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and executing scheduled maintenance activities
∎ Conducting servicing and addressing breakdown repairs of industrial vehicles, including responding to emergencies.
∎ Creating maintenance procedures (SOPs), developing troubleshooting guides and techniques, and updating them as needed.
∎ Maintaining proper documentation, including records of maintenance activities, stock supplies, equipment, faults, repairs, and other relevant tasks.
∎ Allocating automotive manpower to various production departments based on their
∎ requirements.
∎ Diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, and conducting post-repair testing.
∎ Ensuring training of the team and technical staff in scheduled maintenance and breakdown procedures, as well as supervising contractors.
∎ Procuring specialized components, fixtures, or fittings as necessary.
∎ Managing budget planning and implementing cost-saving measures.
∎ Ensuring effective control and security of vehicle spare parts inventory.
∎ Keeping departmental equipment in a safe and organized condition.
