Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ Diploma in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the physical measurement of construction work.
∎ Check the measurements book in respect of physical measurement of construction work.
∎ Check the Rebar 4 RCC casting as per drawing.
∎ Additional knowledge of rate analysis, estimate interior works and optional works.
∎ Perform any others jobs assisted by the management as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5 years experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ Good English and Bangla language writing skills.
∎ Hard working capability.

Salary: Negotiable
