Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check the physical measurement of construction work.
∎ Check the measurement book in respect of physical measurement of construction work.
∎ Check the Rebar & RCC costing as per drawing.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Rate analysis, estimate interior works and optional works.
∎ Perform any other jobs as assigned by the management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Incumbent should have experience in Real Estate sector.
∎ Proficient in MS Office.
∎ Good English and Bangla language writing skills.
∎ Hard working capability.
