Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering ( other disciplines are discourage to apply)
∎ Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering for experienced candidate in the same field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding/blow molding process including, but not limited to, set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance and work flow.
∎ Working with production personnel and R&D to ensure molded components meet requirements, making adjustments as required.
∎ Providing molded components in a timely manner in order to ensure production and R&D schedules are met.
∎ Working with outside vendors to develop tooling and fixtures that result in the manufacturing of high quality products.
∎ Generating documentation on molding runs that can be used to control traceability and ensure reproducibility.
∎ Working with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing Departments during concept, prototyping, and release of new products.
∎ Drafting and performing mold validations.
∎ Process modifications in mold drawing
∎ Manage and source mold spare parts
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have practical knowledge in Auto CAD 2D/ 3D and understand the any kind mechanical drawing.
∎ Should have knowledge of various types of welding.
∎ Must have a passion to develop a career in Mechanical/ Maintenance department.
∎ Willing to Hard work.
∎ Computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Power point) is mandatory.
∎ Willing to stay in Chattogram .
∎ Willing to develop career in plastic mold technology.
