Educational Requirements:
∎ BSc. in EEE / IPE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Energy Consumption and analysis, Energy Management, Energy Modelling, Energy Planning, Energy Policy
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Benchmarking energy consumption against best practice guidelines.
∎ Carrying out site inspections and completing energy surveys.
∎ Provision of power saving through construction of green buildings.
∎ Collecting energy monitoring data and keeping accurate records.
∎ Provision of power saving by providing light and air circulation in the building/shed.
∎ Creating energy policies and systems.
∎ Dealing with energy contract negotiations.
∎ Developing and overseeing strategies to reduce energy consumption.
∎ Encouraging the use of renewable and sustainable energy resources.
∎ Keeping up to date with energy legislation.
∎ Negotiating with contractors and external stakeholders.
∎ Raising the profile of energy conservation.
∎ Sharing advice and providing training on energy efficiency.
∎ Develop, coordinate and implement strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption.
∎ Encourage the use of renewable and sustainable energy resources within an organization or community and raise the profile of energy conservation.
∎ Create policies and systems for buying energy and helping with contract negotiations.
∎ Provide technical and practical advice and offer training on energy efficiency.
∎ Keep accurate records and regularly collect energy monitoring data.
∎ Carry out site inspections and energy surveys.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of energy management and renewable energy.
∎ Must have experience on energy modeling and energy economics.
∎ Project management skills.
∎ Ability to influence others and negotiate.
∎ Excellent communication skills, good sense of initiative & leadership qualities
