∎ Applications are invited on an urgent basis for this position in IAHS-H on the following terms and conditions:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ Evaluates patients’ conditions through physical examinations and medical history to determine the severity of their injuries or illnesses.
∎ Provides immediate medical treatment, including administering medications, performing CPR, and managing trauma or life-threatening conditions.
∎ Coordinates with other healthcare professionals, emergency services, and hospital staff to ensure seamless patient care.
∎ Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatments administered, and responses to care.
∎ Ensures safe and effective transport of patients to medical facilities, monitoring their condition en route.
∎ Participates in ongoing training to stay current with emergency medical protocols and techniques; may also provide training for other staff or community members.
∎ Ensures all medical equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and ready for use.
∎ Participates in public health initiatives, including educating the community on emergency preparedness and response.
∎ Remains calm and effective in high-stress situations, managing both the medical and emotional needs of patients and their families.
∎ Adheres to legal and ethical standards, including patient confidentiality, and follows established protocols and guidelines.
∎ Carries out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
