Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads, engaging potential advertisers, and nurturing existing relationships.
∎ Personalize email content to effectively address the needs and pain points of individual advertisers, enhancing engagement and conversion rates.
∎ Collaborate with the sales and design teams to create visually appealing and conversion-optimized email templates that align with campaign objectives.
∎ Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
∎ Segment and manage email lists to ensure precise targeting, improved engagement, and optimal deliver-ability.
∎ Ensure all email communications adhere to best practices for compliance with regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR to maintain high deliver-ability and legal compliance.
∎ Utilize A/B testing to evaluate different email approaches and optimize content for better results.
∎ Stay informed on the latest email marketing trends and tools to continuously enhance strategies and implement innovative solutions.
∎ Proven experience in email marketing with a focus on lead generation and B2B communication.
∎ Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, personalized email content that drives action.
∎ Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret performance data to adjust and improve campaign effectiveness.
∎ Experience in list management and segmentation to ensure accurate targeting and high deliverability.
∎ Knowledge of email compliance best practices (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) to ensure adherence to legal requirements and maintain a strong sender reputation.

∎ This position involves a night shift from Monday to Saturday, 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM BD time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting personalized email content that resonates with our target audience, driving both new advertiser acquisition and retention of existing clients. This role is crucial in developing strategies that engage, inform, and convert through well-designed email communications.
