Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform maintenance tasks on various machines, home automation systems, IPS, UPS, PA systems, and other electronic devices.
∎ Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute electronic device preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Demonstrate expertise in PLC programming, control systems, and other relevant areas.
∎ Contribute to the planning, design, and costing of electronics and automation components in multi-stored residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Analyze system failures and recommend appropriate resolutions to ensure optimal performance.
∎ Maintain knowledge of local and international electrical and electronics standards and standard operating procedures (SOP).
∎ Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in all work activities.
∎ Develop and share best practices with other team members to enhance overall maintenance efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with superiors to plan and execute electrical distribution projects within specified deadlines and budgets.
∎ Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and relevant departments to ensure smooth operations and timely procurement of required materials.
∎ Maintain detailed documentation of all engineering tasks performed for future reference purposes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Solid knowledge of various maintenance techniques for machines, home automation systems, IPS, UPS, PA systems, and other electronic devices.
∎ Proficiency in PLC programming, control systems, and troubleshooting.
∎ Experience in planning, designing, and costing electronics and automation components for multi-stored residential and commercial buildings.
∎ Strong analytical skills to analyze system failures and provide appropriate resolutions.
∎ Familiarity with local and international electrical and electronics standards and SOP.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, suppliers, vendors, and other departments.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate documentation of engineering tasks.
∎ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
