∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working with all types of with electrical & electronics-related issues at a commercial building.
∎ Take care of Substation, Diesel Generator System, Drinking Water Booster Pump, Emergency Lighting and Assist in fire alarm System.
∎ Managing power generation, transmission and distribution.
∎ Working with high and low voltage equipment.
∎ Handling diesel engine operation & maintenance.
∎ Follow up air compressor .
∎ Working to satisfy compliance issues from RSC, ACCORD, ALLIANCE, OSHA, BNBC, and IEC.
∎ Monitoring electrical erection work.
∎ Performing all kinds of electrical testing (Thermographic scan, IR test, ER test, etc.)
∎ Taking preventive measures, troubleshooting & day to day maintenance of all related machinery.
∎ Maintenance & repairing of all types of electrical channels, lighting system, PowerPoint & all other electrical works which are needed to smooth operation.
∎ Utility equipment installation, maintenance & monitoring including generator, and fire hydrant system.
∎ Observing & reporting on overall plant electrical issues according to the given plan from senior management
