Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma & B.Sc. both qualifications are required.
∎ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering & B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Diploma in Electrical & B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed Public Institute/ University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-ordination with the entire Department & Team that is involved in the particular project.
∎ Responsible to complete project work within the scheduled time frame as per targets set by the management.
∎ Monitor & supervise all the utility issues such as electrical line, substation, generator, lift, medical equipment & related works, AC & HVAC system, hot water system, firefighting systems and all other electrical & mechanical equipment, workshop, ETP, STP & WTP, etc.
∎ Prepare technical proposal and method statement as required.
∎ Collect electro-mechanical work specifications and price index documents of Bangladesh.
∎ To work closely with Drawing Design, Specification & Estimate (BOQ), Supply Chain, Committee & Accounts Department.
∎ Perform any other jobs assigned by the management.
∎ Confirm adherence to construction specifications and safety standards by monitoring project progress; inspecting construction site related with electro-mechanical work; verifying calculations and placements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to interested candidates involved in hospital work.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ MEP, Fire Fighting Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical & Mechanical Equipment etc.
∎ Must have proper knowledge about Electrical Line, Substation, Generator, Lift, Medical Equipment & Related works, AC & HVAC System, Hot Water system, Fire Fighting systems and all other electrical & mechanical equipment, etc.
∎ Must have knowledge about electrical load calculation regarding medical equipment & drawing design.
∎ Must have knowledge about the consumption capacity of cable, switch, socket, circuit breaker etc.
∎ Excellent proficiency in MS-Word, Excel, MS-Project, Auto CAD and Electric & Mechanical Design related software.
∎ Good interpersonal skills, excellent teamwork, coordination & proactive attitude, especially with Management & Site Office.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ Must be independently motivated and schedule-driven with a proven history of successful coordination and meeting deadlines and have a flexible schedule.
∎ Flexible and mature approach with ability to work unsupervised
